• Ownership Rights:

  Clients are given full ownership rights to the developed project upon receipt of full payment. If payments aren't made on time, the business could withhold ownership transfers. If a payment is not made when due, legal action may be taken.

• Payment Refund Policy:

  If the business doesn't begin the project within three days of the scheduled start date, refunds are processed. A full refund is given if the company is unable to finish the project. Customers who cancel without good cause could face fines dependent on how far along the project is.

• Data and Services:

  The provision of all necessary text, graphics, logos, and other information for the project's development is the client's responsibility. Additional fees could apply if certain materials are not provided. Client data is only used for project-related purposes, and we uphold data security measures.

• Properties:

  For more affordable projects, we include domain and fundamental hosting expenses in the project budget. However, the client is responsible for and not included in the project cost for dynamic hosting, cloud services, VPS, and other advanced services.
