These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and KWIQSOFT LLP ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Vibe Look AI mobile application (the "App"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the App. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App you confirm that you meet these requirements.
The App lets you upload photographs and uses artificial intelligence to generate new, edited images — for example placing a garment onto a photograph of a person, or applying a style template to a photograph. Generation happens on our servers and the results are stored in your account so you can view, download or share them.
Image generation consumes credits. Different styles and features may require different numbers of credits, which are shown in the App before you confirm a generation. Credits may be granted free, earned through promotional offers, purchased as credit packs, or included with a subscription.
Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money. Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted.
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. The applicable price, billing period and included benefits are shown in the App before you confirm your purchase.
You can cancel at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings, or using the subscription management link inside the App. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep your benefits until then.
All payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and refunds are governed by their respective policies. We do not process payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds ourselves. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact the relevant store, and you may also write to us at contact@kwiqsoft.com so we can assist.
We may change prices or the contents of credit packs and subscription plans. Changes will not affect a billing period you have already paid for, and you will be notified as required by the applicable app store.
Vibe Look AI produces images automatically using artificial intelligence. AI systems make mistakes. Results can be inaccurate, distorted, unrealistic or simply not what you expected, and no human reviews them before they reach you.
By using the App you accept this, and you accept that credits are consumed by the generation process regardless of whether you are happy with the result.

You remain the owner of the photographs you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, modify and transmit your photographs solely for the purpose of operating the App and delivering the results to you. This licence ends when the content is deleted. We do not use your photographs to train AI models and we do not share them with advertisers.
You must not use the App to:

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the images you generate for personal and commercial purposes, provided you have the rights described in section 6. The App itself — including its software, design, branding, style templates and underlying models — remains the property of KWIQSOFT LLP and its licensors, and nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of it to you.
The free version of the App displays advertisements, including banner, interstitial and rewarded formats, provided by Google AdMob. We do not control which specific advertisements are shown and are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the products they promote. Paid subscribers do not see advertisements.
We aim to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, limit or discontinue features, style templates or the App as a whole at any time. Where a change materially reduces a paid benefit you have already purchased, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if required by law. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 5, 8, 12, 13 and 15 — will continue to apply.
The App and all generated content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KWIQSOFT LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or reputation, arising out of or relating to your use of the App or any generated image.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 1,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KWIQSOFT LLP, its directors, partners and employees from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or any content you upload or generate — in particular any claim brought by a person whose image you uploaded without their consent.
The App relies on third-party services including Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Firebase, Mixpanel, RevenueCat and Amazon Web Services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms. A full list, with links, is available in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version, and significant changes will be communicated in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
